Sometimes called "psychotherapy": or "counseling", Individual Therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist-in a safe, caring, and confidential environment-to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. Clients will work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.Sessions can be conducted either in-person or via our virtual online office.
Couples Counseling is a process through which a couple (who may be dating, engaged, married, or partnered) works with a trained therapist to identify specific ares of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change. The couple works collaboratively with their therapist to develop a plan of action to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment with the relationship. Sessions can be conducted either in-person or via our virtual online office.
Family Therapy is designed to assist families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change in their interactions and development. Families seeking counseling may be in crisis, experiencing transitional life issues, increased interpersonal conflict, or simply desire a more pleasant home environment.
